The Skirball Center is the focal point of New York University's rich and varied performance arts. The architecturally significant space provides unobstructed site-lines for its seating capacity of 800 and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment in a comfortable and modern environment.

Subway: The Skirball center is located midway between two subway stations.
Take A, C, E, F, V to the Fourth Street Station and walk three short blocks east on Fourth St. (which is Washington Square South)
OR
Take R or W to the Eighth Street Station and walk two short blocks west to Washington Square (the Skirball Center is on the the south side of the Square)

This super opening night party is styled (and hosted) by Bumble and bumble. Expect generous cocktails, light snacks and major moving images by VJ Mumbleboy. Begin on the eighth floor of Bumble with big-screen projections and music by DJ Leonard Rosso. Then head to the sixth floor where an outdoor deck allows views of the Hudson River (and a rare legal smoking area!).

Air travel
New York is served by three airports. LaGuardia and JFK are both in the city limits. Newark Liberty is in New Jersey, but no further from midtown Manhattan than the other two airports. All three are served by public transportation links, numerous express bus services and taxicabs.
